TV Chef Jeffrey Saad opened his restaurant La Ventura at 11929 Ventura Blvd. in Studio City in early December, according to EaterLA, replacing Out Take Bistro.Saad is serving a big selection of vegan and modern Mexican dishes, such as the spiced cauliflower taco and sweet and spicy habanero salsa
