  • When you're ready to start, your Compass agent will be by your side as you engage vendors and commission work.

How do I obtain the loan?

Once you have your signed listing, you simply click on the link given, fill out the form and as long as you have good credit, equity and clean title you’ll receive instant approval.

The loan is unsecured and there will be no lien placed on your property, we simply supply escrow with a demand for the outstanding balance and pay it back through the closing.

Concierge is designed to help as many clients as possible. A seller can use any vendor they wish and Concierge can be used for almost any moving related expense.
